Pilates for Fencers - Back and Shoulder Pain Prevention and Management
Beginners and Mixed Ability
•
1h 10m
Following on from my first two online Pilates for Fencers classes, this lesson focuses on the spine and shoulder girdle. Building on my experience as a BackCare professional helping clients with functional and chronic back pain, this lesson will show you exercises aimed at mobilising and strengthening the spine and shoulders so as to enable free, flowing movement when fencing and going about your daily life!
PS: I apologise for the abrupt end to the recording... I was by myself at home and my children had been ringing the bell for a while needing to be let back into the house! :)
