50' - Feel the Length
Beginners and Mixed Ability
•
54m
In this 50' long Mixed Ability workout, I am using the band to help you improve your awareness of your body in space as it moves: your proprioception. By using the band, I am helping you improve your mobility by seeking more length and working through a greater range of movement which you can then transfer onto your daily life and in the context of other sports. This workout is safe if you are preganant (just avoid the Curl Ups past 12 weeks) or post-natal (again take it easy on the loaded flexion if you are unsure about the state of your abdominals!).
