Here's a good warm-up for your whole body before going onto the piste and one to do regularly throughout the week! From the toes, all the way up to your shoulders, I'm guiding you through a series of exercises to mobilise and strengthen your joints and challenge your balance. I also show you ways to progress each exercise with the use of small equipment such as weights.
