This 60' long workout takes you through a number of exercises, from their easiest form to their more physically and technically challenging version. If you have been practicing Pilates at a beginners' level, it is a great way to assess your level and challenge yourself. If you have been joining my advanced classes, this will be a great way to review and perfect your technique.
