Join Julianna Revesz, former World Number One epee fencer from Hungary, and myself in this 30' long Pilates for Fencers session. It's ideal as a warm up but also as a routine to practice regularly in between training sessions. I cover all joints, from the ankles to the shoulders, working both mobility and stability in a most relevant way for fencing. I also bring in some symmetry so as to tackle the imbalances caused by the sport.
